Independent Verification and Validation:
FuGEN has performed Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) on large projects within many federal agencies. Our consultants are a combination of project managers, system architects and software developers, and working together, have a proven track record of exemplary performance that our clients trust and rely on. They have performed system IV&V tasks on large projects that include: - An architectural and cost IV&V of the BLM ALMRS project recommending that the project be discontinued. The project was subsequently shutdown saving the BLM millions per month in development costs
- A Management IV&V of the NPS LAWNET project reporting the issues with the project which were responsible for causing the project to be vastly over budget and behind schedule. The result was saving hundreds of thousands per month in development costs
- A short IV&V of the BLM NILS project revealing issues with cost, architectural ambiguities and contractual ownership of the resulting product
