Arliss, CAP

Senior IT Security Analyst

Arliss has extensive knowledge with the Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and the National Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (NIACAP). Arliss is certified in applications of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards. He is a skilled engineer that can analyze critical systems required to support large, complex computing environments. He has served as a director of operations, training developer, technical writer, instructional designer, curriculum planner, and senior information systems security analyst for large corporations and government organizations. Arliss has a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.

Christopher, CISSP

Senior IT Security Consultant

Christopher is an expert in systems security analysis and management for Commercial, DOD and Civilian Federal Agencies. His depth of management experience with a variety of large secure systems and organizations make him an immense asset to any long-term project. He is well versed in all NIST guidance as well as the traditional security Certification and Accreditation methodologies. Chris has strong writing knowledge for all of the government security documentation and is proficient at performing final review for deliverables. His experience also includes technical lead as well as project manager positions for the Department of Agriculture, National Park Service and National Institute of Alcohol and Alcohol Abuse. Chris has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Post Graduate School.

Stephen, CAP, CISSP

Senior Security Engineer

Stephen is an experienced Security and Database Engineer for Federal Agencies. Stephen has widespread knowledge of the FISMA and NIST requirements that pertain to the Certification and Accreditation as well as Continuous Monitoring of information systems. He is experienced in Oracle 8i, 9i, 10g and SQL 2000, 2005 databases and database security. He has expertise in identifying, understanding and resolving all outstanding database security vulnerabilities identified through the database security risk assessment process. Steve has a Masters Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.

Senior Engineer/ Senior Security Analyst

Frank is an expert technician IT system installation, operation, penetration testing, FISMA compliance and security monitoring. Frank also has extensive expertise as an analyst in operating systems, networks and applications. He has worked at the highest levels of IT organizations, briefing, delivering proposals and technical documentation, and providing IT expertise to Chief Information Officers, Enterprise Directors, Information System Security Officers, Chief Technical Officers, and other high-level executives. Frank has a BA in Philosophy from the University of Vermont. He has certifications in System & Internet Security, Cisco Routers, Internetworking, TCP/IP, and UNIX Systems and Oracle Database Administration.

Roy, CAP

Senior Security Consultant

Roy has a profound knowledge in the Information Technology Industry performing Information Assurance and IT security services. He has extensive awareness of Federal Regulations related to Information Security, FIPS as well as NIST publications specific to Risk Assessment, Contingency Planning, C&A, Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), Personal Identity Verification (PIV), HSPD-12 and FISMA. He has led the preparation of Certification and Accreditation Control Documentation for a complete certification package, including the System Security Plan and the Risk Assessment with the primary responsibility being the successful meeting of deadlines and the delivery to Federal Government clients. Roy has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.

Paul is skilled in hardware, software, and networking technologies to provide an effective combination of analysis, implementation, and support. His experience in network administration and engineering, project management, network security, vulnerability assessment, telecommunications, incident analysis & recovery supports his level of expertise.  Paul has solid technical writing skills with an emphasis in policy, procedure and security documentation.  He has an in-depth knowledge of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards and publications with a focus on the system Certification and Accreditation process. His is also knowledgeable with Risk Assessment, Contingency Planning, Federal Information Security Act (FISMA) and Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS).
