President and Management Team
Marty Terwilliger, President
Mr. Terwilliger has been the President of XeDAR's FuGEN subsidiary since he founded the company in 1994. Earlier, Mr. Terwilliger held several management positions with the U.S. Department of Treasury and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He has extensive experience with object relational database design and implementation, as well as in implementing large imaging and document management systems, and has architected a number of large government systems. Mr. Terwilliger has managed Business Development, Intrusion Detection and Information Assurance projects for private and government agencies. His educational background includes a BS in Engineering from Oregon State University.
Management Team
A. Mitchell Gross, Vice President
Mr. Gross is the Vice President for XeDAR's FuGEN Consulting Services Division upon joining the company in 1998. His areas of expertise include Project Management, Personnel Management, Integration, Customer Support, and Business Development. Mr. Gross is an expert in all areas of management of Information Assurance activities for traditional OMB A-130, FISMA and NIACAP compliant activities. He is also very experienced with FIPS and the NIST guidelines and methodology for performing IA and C&A activities. He has formerly held staff and management positions with Lockheed Martin, Loral Federal System and IBM. Mr. Gross attended the University of Pittsburg and has an AS in Electrical Engineering.
Michelle Beiga, Vice President
Ms. Beiga joined the company in 1996 and is XeDAR’s Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. She is also responsible for FuGEN’s business operations and the management of FuGEN’s security program. Previously, Ms. Beiga held management positions for Informix Software and The ASK Group (formerly Ingres Software). She has extensive experience in all areas of human resources, contracts administration, facilities management and customer support. Ms. Beiga has studied Business Administration and Management and Human Resources Management at the University of Maryland.
